What Is the Saturnian Court System?
To understand how deep this goes, we must go back to Saturn, the ancient Roman god of:
Time (Chronos/Kronos)
Harvest and death (symbolized by the sickle)
Legalism, boundaries, and harsh judgment
Delay, limitation, imprisonment, and karma
In occult and elite esoteric traditions, Saturn is worshiped as the god of law and punishment. His domain is control, delay, suffering, and binding oaths. This is not conspiracy this is occult history.

The Bible associates Saturn with Kronos, and Kronos with Moloch/Baal — deities who demanded child sacrifice. These are not separate gods — they are the same fallen power under different names.

The word Rephan is another name for Saturn. The prophet Stephen was accusing the people of Israel of worshiping Saturn behind Yahweh’s back — a hidden corruption of their own court system.

Ritual Over Righteousness in Spokane
I am Bella Lynn Stannard, widow of Spokane musician Paul Layton. Robert Kluss, a repeat thief and drug addict, stole my husband's 1952 Fender Telecaster.
He didn’t borrow it. He didn’t find it. He stole it from my home, sold it for only $11,000 (far below market value), and kept the money. He confessed to the theft. He was arrested and jailed for felony theft.
But when I, the victim, refused to meet privately with his public defender to help them build a narrative — Prosecutor Patrick Shaff dismissed the case.
And Judge Charnelle Bjelkengren who had kept Kluss in jail after multiple court appearances allowed the dismissal to go through.
They protected the thief. They silenced the widow. They victimized me, not once but twice. First by allowing my property to be stolen, and then by letting the man who did it walk free.
This isn’t a system of justice. This is a ritual theater where truth is discarded and victims are used.
