The Courtroom of Saturn: Maritime Law, the Black-Robed Priesthood, and the Legal Fiction That Owns You
Part 1 – Foundations of the Two Laws
There are only two things on this earth: land and water. Therefore there are only two kinds of law.
Law of the Land
The custom of the people who live on a particular piece of land. It differs from country to country. What is allowed in one nation is forbidden in another because it is the living culture of that soil.
Law of the Water / Law of the High Seas / Maritime Admiralty Law
The higher, international, universal commercial and banking law that governs money, shipping, and commerce worldwide. Money is water by law. We speak of cash flow, liquid assets, currency (the flowing current), and the banks that sit on both sides of the river directing that current. Wherever money or banking is involved, maritime admiralty rules. This law does not care about local custom or nationality.
This system traces back to the ancient Phoenician Canaanite merchant-bankers of the sea. The word “merchant” is rooted in the sea (mer). Their commercial system of words, terms, and symbols was carried into the Western world through British naval dominance and the Knights Templar / Masonic orders. It became the operating system of modern governments, courts, churches, and corporations.
Under this law every ship is female (“she”) because she carries and delivers cargo for money. The human body is likewise treated as a vessel that produces a product (labor and value). When a ship pulls into harbor she sits in her berth. Every item that comes off the ship requires a certificate of manifest listing its value and contents. The captain (from Latin capital money) presents that certificate to the port authorities. The identical language is applied to human beings from the moment of birth.
The entire legal system is not a neutral arbiter of truth. It is a dark theater constructed in the language of sorcery and Saturnian contracts. Every word uttered, every motion filed, every ritual performed in a courtroom is deeply rooted in ancient systems of control, sacrifice, and spiritual manipulation.
Part 2 – The Courtroom as Occult Theater
Court
From Latin cohors (“enclosure” or “yard,” related to a military cohort). A fenced-off controlled space, like a pen for livestock. Also a place of entertainment (royal court or tennis court). We play basketball on a court and tennis on a court. The whole idea of a court is to put the ball back in the other guy’s court. Two teams of lawyers volley arguments, motions, and evidence. The accused is the ball being played between the opposing forces. The judge is the umpire who controls the tempo and the rules. In this game the loser is almost always the living person, because the person has already been contracted into the system through fraudulent language.
All rise
The command given when the judge enters. It mimics a resurrection of the corporate fiction (the strawman), not the living soul. It is the same ritual performed when a priest enters the church. It is the public acknowledgment of the higher authority — the black-robed high priest of Saturn and the banking power he represents.
Fence / Gate / Floodgate / Water gate
The physical barrier separating the public gallery (Law of the Land) from the judge’s area. Modeled on canal floodgates (such as the Panama Canal) that open to let water in and raise the ship. Sitting outside the gate means the judge has no jurisdiction. The moment a person is called, stands, places a hand on the gate, and opens it of their own volition, that person has, by international law, voluntarily entered maritime admiralty jurisdiction. The person is now in deep water — in hot water.
Bar
The wooden rail or barrier associated with the gate. Also a sandbar in the ocean. Ordinary people are not licensed to “pass the bar.” Attorneys are licensed to pass it. Opening the floodgate without being licensed to pass the bar renders the person legally dead — drowned. The Bar also represents the Bar Association and is linked to the ancient Temple Bar of London, overseen by the Crown — an invisible Saturnian temple. Only initiates may cross it. This is a priesthood of Saturn where the common person cannot speak for themselves without a ritually approved mediator.
Dead man / Drowned
The legal status of anyone who opens the floodgate without license to pass the bar. Dead people do not speak to judges. That is why an attorney must represent the person. The attorney speaks for the dead man.
Bench
From Latin bancus or banca (a seat of judgment and the seat of money-changers). In Latin the word bench is bank. The judge “rules from the bench” he rules for the bank. The bench is elevated so the people look up to the bank while the judge looks down upon them. The three-tiered height of the bench mirrors the three-tiered church altar and has been linked to the first three degrees of Freemasonry. The courtroom is therefore a bank; the defendant is a debtor; justice is a transaction. The judge is administrating the banking system of Saturn, where human beings are deposits into a demonic ledger.
Bail
Explicitly linked to bailing water out of a boat or being “bailed out” of hot water once inside maritime jurisdiction. Phonetic and conceptual link to Baal (or Bel), the ancient Canaanite “Lord” associated with child sacrifice, fire, and materialism. Paying bail is paying tribute to Baal. Freedom is purchased with money. Those who cannot pay are sacrificed...locked away, stripped of rights, and used as property. Bail is not about fairness; it is enslavement through currency a game for the rich to buy freedom while the poor are cast into Saturn’s pit.
Part 3 – Saturn: God of Law, Black Robes, and the Inhibitor
Black robe
The color and garment of the planet Saturn. Saturn’s color is black. Roman priests of Saturn wore black as a sign of mourning and power over life and death. Judges, priests, and university graduates wear the black robe because they represent the ancient Saturnian priesthood. The long robe is also a feminine garment (the male standing in for the goddess). In the courtroom the black robe marks the high priest of the system of restriction.
Saturn / Lord of the Rings / the Inhibitor / God of Law
Ancient god of time, death, judgment, limitation, restriction, delay, and cold structure without heart. Called Lord of the Rings because of the rings that surround the planet. The rings explain the wedding ring, the earring (women were told to listen to their god), and the round crown of kings. Saturn is the Inhibitor ..the one who holds back, confines, and teaches hard lessons. Government, banking, police, military, and the courts are Saturnian devices of inhibition. In mythology Saturn (Cronos) devoured his own children out of fear they would overthrow him .. a pattern of generational consumption that continues in modern systems of control. He is the false judge sitting in the high places, mocking the mercy and truth of God. The Saturnian system is marked by delays (legal limbo), restrictions (house arrest, parole, confinement), and coldness (emotional detachment).
El / L
An ancient name for Saturn. From this root come the words elder (El-der), elected (El-ected), and elite (El-ite). The temple is the temp-El, the house of El. Those who serve this system become the elders, the elected, and the elites who administer its restrictions.
Hexagram / Star of Saturn / Star of Remphan / Chiun
The six-pointed star was an ancient astronomical and occult symbol of Saturn. Scripture warns of the star of the god Remphan and of Chiun (Acts 7:42-43; Amos 5:26). It contains six points, six triangles, and a six-sided center (666 geometry). It was used in mystery religions, cabalistic magic, and occult rituals. The Bible never commands the use of a hexagram; it is associated with apostasy.
The courtroom is a temple of Saturn. The judge in the black robe is the high priest of the Inhibitor, seated on the bank, enforcing commercial maritime law under the authority of the ancient god of restriction and time.
Part 4 – Birth, Berth, Manifest, and the Strawman
Berth / Birth
Where a ship parks or docks in harbor (“she sits in her berth”). When a mother’s water breaks and the baby comes down the birth canal, the same language is used. The baby receives a birth certificate.
Certificate of Manifest / Birth Certificate
The shipping document that lists the value, contents, and details of cargo that has “manifested” (appeared) upon docking. The birth certificate is this document for a human being a maritime product. It is signed by the doc (the dock where the ship sits). The parents are listed as “informant.” The document is printed on security paper and carries red serial numbers claimed to be stock-exchange identifiers. The birth certificate is traded as a security or stock. It functions as a berth certificate declaring the arrival of a vessel.
Doc / Dock
Where the ship sits. The doctor (“doc”) signs the birth certificate and the death certificate because that is where the “ship” is sitting. The dock is also where the accused stands in court, like cargo.
Delivery / Deliver / Delivery Room
Ships deliver cargo. Mothers deliver babies in a delivery room. Humans are maritime products delivered like goods.
Birth Canal
Parallel to a water canal: the path through which the product (baby) emerges from the water container (womb).
Stillborn / Death Certificate
Damaged or lost cargo requires a death certificate (also signed by the doc) because value and money have been lost.
All Capital Letters Name (JOHN DOE)
The legal fiction, corporate entity, product, or strawman. All law (civil, statute, commercial) applies only to corporations and all-caps names. Tombstones use all capital letters because the dead are corporate entities that have dissolved. Bills, summonses, licenses, and court papers use all capital letters because they attach to the fiction, not the living soul.
Upper- and Lowercase Name (John Doe)
The living flesh-and-blood person. No statute law attaches directly to it. Commercial law requires the all-caps fiction (sometimes linked by “a.k.a.”).
Strawman / Legal Fiction / Person
The government-created corporate entity generated via the birth certificate. Separate from the living soul. Statutes, taxes, fines, licenses, and contracts bind the strawman. The living person is coerced into standing in for this fiction. The system thrives when the living soul identifies with the fiction instead of with God-given sovereignty. You are asked if you “understand,” which actually means “stand under” their authority.
Citizen
Employee or member of the privately owned corporate “United States.” Not a free sovereign of the land. “Are you a citizen of the United States?” means “Are you an employee of this foreign corporation operating under international maritime law?”
United States (corporate)
Privately owned company (distinct from the original united states of America). The president is a corporate title. It operates under international maritime admiralty. The government is a corporation listed on the stock exchange. Your Social Security Number is a tracking mechanism for your human capital. Everything is a transaction.
Body as Corporation / Corpse
By law the physical body is a corporation (a business). When living it is a corporation; when dead it is a corpse. “None of your business,” “bad business,” “good stock.”
Human Resource / Stock / Good Stock / Security
Humans as commercial stock, assets, and collateral. The body is a security on the stock exchange. Birth certificates and Social Security numbers function as securities. The red numbers represent the body as a tradable asset.
Part 5 – Etymology of Enslavement: The Complete Language of the Ritual
Every word is a spell. Legalese is not written to be understood. It is a ritual code, intentionally deceptive, designed to trick you into consent, bind you to contracts you do not understand, and transfer your God-given rights into privileges granted by the state. Here is the exhaustive glossary:
Summons
From Latin summonere (“to call forth / to command to appear”). A spiritual invocation or magical conjuring that calls the corporate fiction (the ALL-CAPS strawman) into the ritual space, exactly as a demon or spirit is summoned from a grimoire. To be summoned is to be conjured. You are not being invited to justice; you are being bound by spell and seal into the Saturnian matrix of commerce and sacrifice.
Complaint
Com- (“with”) + Latin plangere (“to lament, mourn, or bewail”). A ritual lamentation offered to Saturn, the god of mourning, restriction, and grief. Every legal complaint is a lament that invokes the power of the system to punish, restrict, or bind. It aligns perfectly with Saturn as the god of mourning.
Bail

Bond
From “band” a binding agreement or a shackle. When a bond is issued on a name, the state creates a financial instrument using the body as collateral. The living person is bonded (tied) to the strawman, which the state treats as an asset to trade. This is pure Moloch worship: sacrifice for financial gain, human life turned into a commodity under maritime admiralty law. You are bonded to your STRAWMAN identity.
Attorney
From French atorner (“to turn over or transfer”). The attorney transfers the energy of the living being and represents the dead paper entity (the strawman). The attorney’s primary obligation is to the court and the government, not to the living client.
Client / Ward of the Court
Defined in legal dictionaries (including Black’s) as an infant or person of unsound mind. Hiring an attorney is an admission that one is incompetent to speak for oneself (because one is already legally dead).
Plea
From Latin placere (“to please” or “to appeal”). In ancient rituals the guilty would plea before a god or king, begging for clemency. In the courtroom the plea is a spiritual posture of begging for mercy before the false god of Saturn. You are made to beg for mercy in a game you never chose to play.
Bailiff
From Old French baillif, from Latin bajulus (“porter, carrier, administrator”). Historically a servant tasked with controlling serfs and collecting dues. Spiritually the bailiff is the temple guard and collector for Baal, ensuring that the sacrifice (financial, spiritual, or physical) is taken from the accused.
Gavel
A hammer. Symbol of Thor and of Saturn, the god of time and judgment. Also linked to Moloch’s hammer of decision. Each strike invokes power over the court and “sentences” the accused: the same language used for constructing spells or binding statements. Saturn’s scythe = judge’s gavel.
Docket
From Middle Dutch docke (“a small piece or case”). A record of charges :a demonic ledger, a scroll of sins.
Charged
Like a battery being drained. The system converts the accused’s life force (time, labor, attention) into a debt to the system. It is energetic vampirism. When you are charged in court, it is like a battery being drained.
Understand
Interpreted as “stand under” their authority. When a person says “I understand,” the system records consent to stand under its jurisdiction.
Sentence
A spell or declaration that binds fate, like a magical incantation. Judges “sentence” you: the same word used for constructing spells or binding statements.
Motion
Literally a movement of energy within the court’s spellwork.
Indictment
From Latin indictare (“to proclaim”). A ritual declaration, often arbitrary. Spiritually it is the “accusation” of the accuser, Satan himself, the prosecutor of the brethren (Revelation 12:10).
Defendant
The one who must defend against accusation in a ritual arena. In this setting the judge is the god figure, the attorneys are the priest class, the bail is the tribute, the plea is the prayer, and the courtroom is the altar. You are the one being judged in the Temple of Saturn.
Judge
From ius (law, right) + dicere (to say or pronounce). The modern judge does not speak God’s law; the judge speaks codes and statutes under the authority of Saturn. The judge is the high priest of Saturn, presiding over a ritualistic drama. You are not a person; you are a pawn.
Legal Fiction / Person / Strawman
A created lie that allows the state to treat a living being as a corporation a “person” stripped of God-given rights. Represented by the ALL-CAPS name.
Part 6 – Maritime Commerce, Moloch, and the Harvest of Life-Force
The full maritime vocabulary saturates every level of the system:
Body = vessel
Mother delivers the product in the delivery room
Birth canal = water passage
Stillborn cargo requires a death certificate signed by the doc
Churches operate under maritime law and are divided into denominations (like currency: twenties, fifties, hundreds)
Holy See = Holy Sea
Banks = river banks that direct the current (currency / cash flow / juice)
“Good stock,” “none of your business,” “bad business” — the body is a corporation; when it dies it becomes a corpse
You dock at the court (like a ship at port)
You enter through the bar (a nautical boundary)
Your body becomes collateral
Once inside the system, every fine, tax, license, and court action is levied against the strawman. The living energy of the human being — time, labor, attention, emotion, is harvested and converted into commercial value. This is Saturn’s ultimate deception: using legal sorcery to claim dominion over God’s creation.
Moloch and Child Sacrifice
Moloch is often depicted as a bull-headed deity demanding child sacrifice. In ancient times children were passed through the fire to Moloch. Today these sacrifices are psychological, emotional, or systemic: abortion and abuse as modern offerings to convenience and control; family court systems destroying parental bonds; CPS and juvenile courts tearing apart the innocent often without justice. The gods have not changed, only the methods. Saturn demands sacrifice. The court systems, though cloaked in legality, serve the same false throne. Family court is often one of the darkest layers, operating in secrecy. Parents are judged and stripped of rights by Saturn’s priesthood not based on righteousness, but on compliance.
The courtroom is not a place of justice. It is a ritual chamber and commercial altar where the living are processed as cargo under the authority of the black-robed priesthood of the Inhibitor. Contracts are magical bindings. Every signature is a sigil. Every contract is a binding spell in black ink a curse of debt, submission, or loss. “You signed your life away” is not just a saying. The system thrives on deception-based consent. You sign forms without reading. You speak words without understanding. You accept plea deals, charges, and court rulings without true knowledge. But consent gained through deception is not true consent in the eyes of God.
Part 7 – Breaking the Contract and Coming Out of Babylon
The courts of Saturn, Moloch, and Baal hold no true authority over those sealed by the Most High. The blood of Yahusha (Jesus Christ) has already ransomed every living soul. The maritime debt, the corporate fiction, the ritual sacrifice, and the commercial contract were shattered at the cross. You were already ransomed, not by gold, but by the blood of Yahusha. The courts of Saturn, Moloch, and Baal hold no true authority over those sealed by God. The cross shattered the shackles of every maritime debt, every corporate fiction, every ritual sacrifice. You are not a debtor. You are a child of the Most High.
Part 8 – Ignorance Does Not Make It Not True
Ignorance does not make it not true.
The fact that most people have never heard these words, never examined the etymology, never noticed the maritime language, never questioned the black robe, the elevated bench, the floodgate, or the all-capital-letters name does not cause the system to vanish. Reality is not optional. A mechanism does not cease to function because the majority remain unaware of its existence.
The Law of the Water still operates whether the living soul recognizes it or not.
The birth certificate still functions as a commercial instrument whether the parents understand the word “berth” or not.
The strawman still exists as a legal fiction whether the man or woman identifies with it or not.
The black-robed figure still sits on the bank whether the people in the gallery comprehend that the bench is a bank or not.
Baal still collects his tribute through bail whether the accused realizes the phonetic and spiritual connection or not.
Saturn, the Inhibitor, still restricts, delays, and devours through courts, contracts, and commercial bondage whether the public has ever studied the ancient names Chiun, Remphan, or El or not.
Consent obtained through ignorance is still recorded as consent within the system.
A signature placed on a document the signer does not understand is still treated as a binding sigil.
A verbal agreement to “understand” is still recorded as standing under the jurisdiction.
Silence and unawareness are interpreted as acquiescence.
This is the nature of the ritual.
The temple does not require the sacrifice to comprehend the altar.
The cargo does not need to understand the manifest in order to be processed.
The debt is still extracted.
The energy is still harvested.
The living are still reduced to commercial units under maritime admiralty whether they ever open a law dictionary or not.
Scripture does not say the people were exempt because they did not know.
It records that they carried the tabernacle of Moloch and the star of the god Remphan.
It records that they were given up to worship the host of heaven.
Ignorance was not a defense then. It is not a defense now.
The courtroom of Saturn does not become righteous because the majority believe it is merely a place of justice.
The black robe does not become neutral because the people have forgotten the ancient priesthood it represents.
The all-caps name does not cease to be a legal fiction because the living soul has never been told it exists.
Truth is not democratic.
It does not require popular vote or public awareness to remain true.
The mechanism was built in the open, encoded in the language, the architecture, the rituals, and the commercial instruments.
It functions precisely because it is hidden in plain sight and protected by the assumption that what is not taught in schools or spoken of in mainstream discourse must therefore be false.
Ignorance does not make it not true.
It only makes the harvest easier.
The remnant is not called to remain unaware.
The remnant is called to see, to discern, and to come out.
The blood of Yahusha has already broken every unlawful contract.
The living soul was never the property of the black-robed priesthood.
But the first step out of the temple is the recognition that the temple is real — whether the crowds inside acknowledge it or not.
Ignorance does not make it not true.
And truth, once seen, carries responsibility.

Acts 7:42-43 (KJV): “Then God turned, and gave them up to worship the host of heaven; as it is written in the book of the prophets, O ye house of Israel, have ye offered to me slain beasts and sacrifices by the space of forty years in the wilderness? Yea, ye took up the tabernacle of Moloch, and the star of your god Remphan, figures which ye made to worship them: and I will carry you away beyond Babylon.”
Amos 5:26 (KJV): “But ye have borne the tabernacle of your Moloch and Chiun your images, the star of your god, which ye made to yourselves.”
Isaiah 24:21-22 (KJV): “And it shall come to pass in that day, that the Lord shall punish the host of the high ones that are on high, and the kings of the earth upon the earth. And they shall be gathered together, as prisoners are gathered in the pit, and shall be shut up in the prison, and after many days shall they be visited.”
Psalm 82:1-2: “God standeth in the congregation of the mighty; he judgeth among the gods. How long will ye judge unjustly, and accept the persons of the wicked? Selah.”
Revelation 18:4: “And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.”
The legal system we are entangled in is a web of spiritual deceit. It is time to recognize the courts of this world for what they are: temples of Saturn, altars of Moloch, and seats of false judgment. But the Lamb has overcome.
The first step out of bondage is recognition of the fiction. The second is refusal to identify with the all-caps name. The living soul was never under the jurisdiction of the black-robed priesthood of Saturn. Consent obtained by deception is not true consent before God.
The remnant will rise not under the bench of the black-robed priests, but under the throne of the Righteous Judge. The courtroom of the Beast is a temporary theater. The true Court is coming, and every hidden thing will be brought into the light.
The Most High sees the corrupted thrones. He will tear down the false judges. The day is coming when truth will no longer be twisted, and the courtroom will not serve Saturn — but the King of Kings.
